Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all daily maintenance operations control activities for logistics assets and facilities.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize maintenance schedules, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure strict adherence to operational standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and system upgrades.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement to enhance reliability and minimize operational downtime.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on maintenance activities, performance, and expenditure to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance operations management, ideally within the logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong understanding of operational control systems, asset management principles, and maintenance best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, troubleshoot issues, and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in relevant maintenance management software (CMMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
