Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and performance metrics.
- Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational variances.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external accounting standards.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures and audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar financial role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international business environment.
