    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and performance metrics.
    • Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles.
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational variances.
    • Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
    • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external accounting standards.
    • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures and audits.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
    • Proven experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar financial role.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and financial reporting.
    • Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel skills.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international business environment.
