Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage compliance testing programs and methodologies.

• Collaborate closely with legal, risk management, and business teams to ensure robust regulatory adherence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance testing, internal audit, or risk management within financial services or the cryptocurrency industry.
• In-depth understanding of relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., AML, KYC, data privacy).
• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Professional certifications such as CAMS or CRCM are highly desirable.
