Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and support services across multiple school sites.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of support staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Ensure all operational processes align with Aldar Education’s strategic goals and regulatory standards.
  • Implement and manage IT infrastructure and support systems effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in operations or support management, preferably within the education sector.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant operational software and IT service management tools.
