Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive organizational development strategies and initiatives.
• Design, oversee, and optimize performance management systems and processes.
• Facilitate effective change management efforts and cultural transformation programs within the organization.
• Conduct thorough organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to align OD strategies with overall business objectives and goals.
• Ensure the establishment and effective implementation of talent management and succession planning frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in organizational development or HR management.
• Proven track record in designing, implementing, and evaluating OD and performance solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation abilities to engage with all levels of staff.
• Experience within the real estate industry or a similar service-oriented sector is highly desirable.
