Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to the BU Controller and local management team.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Project Controllers while acting as a hands-on Project Controller.
• Monitor project performance, including costs, revenue recognition, cash flow, forecasts, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial compliance, audit support, and corrective actions for budget deviations.
• Support continuous improvement of project controlling processes, ERP systems, and commercial awareness.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project controlling, FP&A, and finance within an international and project-driven environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, accounting principles, local taxation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong ERP and reporting systems expertise (SAP/IFS preferred), advanced Excel skills, and interest in BI tools.
• Fluent in English (German is an advantage).
