    Requirements

    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
    • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, talent acquisition strategies, and HR technology.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural work environment.
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive recruitment decisions.
