Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential hotel partners for contracting in South Korea.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with hotels, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Utilize Dida’s advanced AI platforms and data insights to optimize hotel partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate new hotel content effectively.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality industry.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel contracting, business development, or sales within the travel industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and identify strategic opportunities.
- Familiarity with the South Korean hospitality market is advantageous.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a strong business acumen.
- Excellent command of English and Korean languages.
