Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment according to specifications and codes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical malfunctions efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and electrical standards.
- Supervise and mentor junior electricians and technicians.
- Plan and execute electrical infrastructure projects.
- Maintain detailed records of all electrical work, inspections, and repairs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Master Electrician, preferably in a defense or industrial environment.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical theory, wiring, and relevant codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances.
