Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock balance and provide delivery & return updates, considering damage and loss with approved documents.
- Ensure daily yard activity (S&F) complies with all safety rules about storage & stacking, refurbishing, loading & unloading works at yard.
- Arrange Formwork, Aluminum & Cuplock material delivery with DIC Stock yard as per approved FRF /SRF/ASRF.
- Coordinate with site S & F execution team to get advance notice of material requirements and communicate with yard team.
- File documents of all activities at Yard, including test reports and time sheets for plant & equipment.
- Conduct random checks on scaffolding and Formwork components used in ALEC Projects to ensure they are in good usable condition.
Requirements
- Strong inventory and material control skills.
- GCC experience in construction or industrial projects.
- Expertise in scaffolding and formwork systems.
- Knowledge of ALEC safety standards and compliance.
- Ability to coordinate deliveries, returns, and yard activities efficiently.
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
