Key Responsibilities
- Research, select, and specify materials and FF&E in line with project requirements and design standards.
- Prepare detailed FF&E schedules, material boards, and specifications.
- Source vendors, request quotations, and conduct cost comparisons.
- Coordinate procurement, ordering, delivery, installation, and inspections of FF&E.
- Ensure materials and FF&E comply with quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
- Monitor budgets and track expenditures related to materials and FF&E.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Procurement, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in materials and FF&E coordination or procurement.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and supplier markets.
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with design or procurement software is an advantage.
