Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test mechanical components and systems for advanced medical equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and manufacturing, to integrate mechanical designs.
  • Conduct engineering analysis, simulations, and prototyping to validate design concepts and performance.
  • Ensure all mechanical designs adhere to strict regulatory standards, quality requirements, and cost targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to technological advancements within the medtech field.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed design specifications, test plans, and manufacturing documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in mechanical design and development.
  • Proven proficiency with industry-standard CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience with material selection, various manufacturing processes, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills to thrive in a global environment.
