Requirements

  • Proven experience in mechanical maintenance within a facilities management or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and associated equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
