Key Responsibilities
- Support undergraduate and postgraduate workshop sessions.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot workshop equipment.
- Prepare workshop materials, tools, and job setups.
- Assist faculty in conducting experiments and demonstrations.
- Ensure compliance with workshop safety rules and procedures.
- Maintain workshop records and documentation.
Requirements
- Degree/diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in machining, manufacturing, welding, fitting, and fabrication.
- Knowledge of workshop equipment operation and maintenance.
- Familiarity with workshop safety rules and procedures.
- Ability to train and guide students on safe machine operation.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
