Key Responsibilities

Conduct occupational health examinations and medical surveillance for employees. Assess and prevent occupational risks, proposing necessary improvements. Advise employers and employees on health and safety in the workplace. Manage medical records and ensure confidentiality. Participate in health and safety committees and workplace inspections. Provide medical advice for disability, return-to-work, and job adaptation.

Requirements

Doctorate in Medicine (MD) with specialization in Occupational Health. Minimum 5 years of experience as an Occupational Doctor. Excellent knowledge of Monaco’s labor law and occupational health regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in French is essential.
