Key Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational health examinations and medical surveillance for employees.
• Assess and prevent occupational risks, proposing necessary improvements.
• Advise employers and employees on health and safety in the workplace.
• Manage medical records and ensure confidentiality.
• Participate in health and safety committees and workplace inspections.
• Provide medical advice for disability, return-to-work, and job adaptation.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Medicine (MD) with specialization in Occupational Health.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Occupational Doctor.
• Excellent knowledge of Monaco’s labor law and occupational health regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in French is essential.
