Key Responsibilities
- Operate instant replay systems (e.g., EVS, Grass Valley) for live sports events and studio shows.
- Select and cue compelling replays and highlights quickly and accurately under broadcast pressure.
- Collaborate effectively with directors, producers, and other members of the production team.
- Ensure smooth and flawless execution of replays during live programming.
- Maintain a high level of technical proficiency with all assigned broadcast equipment.
- Support the overall production workflow to deliver a superior viewing experience.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Replay Operator or similar role in live broadcast production.
- Strong understanding of sports, game flows, and critical moments for replay.
- Ability to work efficiently and make critical decisions in a fast-paced live environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with broadcast replay technologies.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
