Key Responsibilities

• Accurately document patient encounters, medical history, physical exams, and treatment plans in real-time.
• Assist physicians with administrative tasks, including retrieving lab results and imaging studies.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient records and sensitive information in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure all medical records comply with hospital standards and quality assurance protocols.
• Facilitate efficient workflow within the Health Information Management department.
• Support the overall goal of providing holistic, patient-centric care and operational excellence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent listening skills and strong typing proficiency.
• Ability to understand medical terminology and clinical context.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical conduct.
