This crucial role involves overseeing and managing the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) as well as Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems for various real estate development projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all MEP/HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair activities on-site.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and local building regulations.
- Manage and lead a team of technicians and laborers, assigning tasks and monitoring their progress and performance.
- Conduct regular and thorough inspections of work sites to guarantee quality workmanship and compliance.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise concerning MEP/HVAC systems.
- Prepare comprehensive daily reports detailing work progress, material usage, and labor hours.
Requirements
- Proven and extensive experience as an MEP/HVAC Foreman, preferably within real estate or construction projects.
- Strong foundational knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC principles, and relevant safety standards and codes.
- Demonstrated ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and project challenges.
- Ability to work effectively and maintain composure in a fast-paced construction environment.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred for site mobility.
