Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) installations, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams for timely project execution.
• Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems, diagnose issues, and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support to the MEP team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP supervision or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, components, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and facility management best practices.
