Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential merger, acquisition, and divestiture opportunities.
  • Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation analysis for target companies.
  • Lead and support negotiation processes, ensuring favorable terms for NES Fircroft.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams throughout the M&A lifecycle.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, or investment banking.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and work under pressure.
  • Understanding of the global energy industry, including Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, and Chemicals sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
