Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Configure and customize various Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules to meet specific client needs.
- Support the full lifecycle of Dynamics 365 implementations, including deployment and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and end-users to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide training and documentation to end-users on new Dynamics 365 functionalities and system enhancements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Dynamics 365 applications.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Analyst or in a similar functional consulting role.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities and experience with core modules.
- Ability to effectively gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are highly desirable.
