Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 1C:Enterprise solutions, specifically for Trade Management (УТ) and Enterprise Accounting (БП).
- Implement new functionalities and customize existing modules to meet business requirements.
- Participate in requirements gathering, system design, and technical specification creation.
- Ensure system stability and performance through thorough testing and debugging.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to optimize business processes.
- Provide technical support and user training for 1C systems as needed.
Requirements
- Proficiency in 1C:Enterprise development platform, including configurations for УТ and БП.
- Solid experience with 1C programming language and development tools.
- Strong understanding of business processes in trade, logistics, and accounting.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective, scalable 1C solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within a diverse team.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a 1C developer role, demonstrating mid-senior level capabilities.
