Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert consulting on strengthening social services for vulnerable populations.
- Develop and implement strategies for the prevention of violence against children and women.
- Enhance national and local response mechanisms for victims and survivors.
- Collaborate with government agencies and NGOs to integrate protection programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of social service interventions.
- Contribute to policy development and advocacy efforts for child and women protection.
Requirements
- Advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in Social Sciences, Human Rights, International Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social policy, child protection, gender-based violence programming, or social services.
- Demonstrated knowledge of social service systems and child/women protection frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a complex environment.
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian is required.
