Key Responsibilities

• Provide social, educational, pedagogical, and therapeutic support to individuals and families.
• Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• Offer counseling and guidance to children, young people, and adults.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new programs and services.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical guidelines.

Requirements

• A recognized degree in Psychology (Master’s or equivalent) is generally expected for this professional role.
• Strong understanding of social, educational, and therapeutic methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations including children, young people, adults, and families.
• Proficiency in Luxembourgish, German, and French is highly preferred.
