Key Responsibilities
- Provide social, educational, pedagogical, and therapeutic support to individuals and families.
- Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Offer counseling and guidance to children, young people, and adults.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new programs and services.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical guidelines.
Requirements
- A recognized degree in Psychology (Master’s or equivalent) is generally expected for this professional role.
- Strong understanding of social, educational, and therapeutic methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations including children, young people, adults, and families.
- Proficiency in Luxembourgish, German, and French is highly preferred.
