Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive underwriting and risk analysis for corporate finance transactions.
- Evaluate financial health and creditworthiness of B2B clients in the Nordic market.
- Develop and structure innovative and flexible financing solutions tailored to corporate needs.
- Ensure strict adherence to relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate closely with sales, legal, and other internal teams to facilitate deal closure.
- Monitor market trends in corporate finance and contribute to product development initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate finance underwriting, credit analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proven ability to assess complex financial data.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for B2B client engagement.
- Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Norwegian, Finnish, or German) is essential, alongside English.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
