Key Responsibilities
- Support, deploy, and maintain Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues.
- Resolve IT hardware, software, and system problems efficiently.
- Implement and manage network configurations and security protocols.
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver comprehensive IT solutions to partners.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nutanix Engineer or Networking IT Support Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of Nutanix platforms, virtualization technologies, and enterprise storage.
- Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), routing, and switching.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a diverse, global team.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Nutanix NPX, CCNP, CCNA) are a significant plus.
