Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and record keeping.
- Handle accounts receivable: invoicing, credit notes, returns, and payment follow-ups.
- Execute bank transfers and maintain accurate bank statements and reports.
- Support VAT documentation and liaise with HQ finance/controllers.
- Coordinate shipment arrivals and maintain logistics documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in office administration with accounting and banking responsibilities.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience with invoicing, receivables, bank transfers, and reconciliations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting/ERP systems.
