    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day office administration and record keeping.
    • Handle accounts receivable: invoicing, credit notes, returns, and payment follow-ups.
    • Execute bank transfers and maintain accurate bank statements and reports.
    • Support VAT documentation and liaise with HQ finance/controllers.
    • Coordinate shipment arrivals and maintain logistics documentation.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in office administration with accounting and banking responsibilities.
    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Experience with invoicing, receivables, bank transfers, and reconciliations.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting/ERP systems.
