Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning office environment.
  • Greet visitors and direct inquiries to appropriate colleagues.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment functionality, reporting any malfunctions.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings, preparing meeting rooms and events.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Manage company accommodation and business travel apartment necessities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education or certifications are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must have a personal vehicle when needed.
