Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, organize, and supervise events in our offices.
  • Run tender processes for service and supply contracts and monitor contract implementation.
  • Track trends in the corporate catering market.
  • Order inventory for the office, including food and products for events.
  • Coordinate work with contractors and office departments.
  • Participate in preparing the annual budget and maintain plan–fact tracking.

Requirements

  • Experience as an office manager, administrator, or project manager.
  • Skills in organizing office activities.
  • Ability to make quick and independent decisions in problematic situations.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Positive, sociable approach and readiness to solve complex employee issues.
  • Confident computer skills (Excel, Word).
