Key Responsibilities
- Actively sell/cross-sell asset and liability products to new and existing customers.
- Prepare, assess, and recommend loan product applications.
- Process customer requests (e.g. account opening, online requests, cheque delivery).
- Encourage customers to build their balances and migrate to higher customer programs.
- Generate leads for Elite and Elite Gold programs.
- Educate customers about automated channels and promote their migration.
Requirements
- High School graduate.
- 2 years’ relevant experience in the banking sector.
- Familiarity with bank products, customer experience, and related policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet individual sales targets.
