Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assistance for Information Technology Systems (ITS).
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Logistics Management Information Systems (LMMS).
- Assist in data entry, reporting, and analysis related to logistics and IT operations.
- Conduct basic user training and provide guidance on system functionalities.
- Ensure the proper functioning of hardware and software within the office environment.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate technology solutions into humanitarian programs.
