Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with KYC and AML documentation and verification for bullion transactions.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound precious metal deliveries.
  • Assist in testing metal authenticity.
  • Perform periodic stock takes to reconcile high-value inventory.
  • Manage the tracking and distribution of shipments moving through global supply chains.
  • Support traders by updating primary operating systems.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field is typically required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP systems or specialized bullion software.
  • An understanding of bullion trading regulations (KYC/AML) and gold weight/purity calculations is essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail for managing high-value assets.
