    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
    • Support and manage end-to-end client and partner relationships.
    • Coordinate follow-ups, documentation, and internal communication.
    • Work closely with teams in Dubai and HQ to ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives.
    • Support commercial and operational initiatives.
    • Gain exposure to the B2B payments and fintech ecosystem.

    Requirements

    • 3-5 years of experience in sales, operations, or account support (fintech, payments, or financial services is a must).
    • Understanding of B2B payments, eCommerce, or fintech solutions.
    • Experience supporting lead generation, client outreach, or opportunity tracking.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
