LianLian Global is seeking a Junior Operations & Business Development Executive to support day-to-day operations and business development activities in Dubai. This is a full-time, hybrid role focusing on identifying new opportunities, lead generation, and supporting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities and generate leads.
• Support and own end-to-end client and partner relationships.
• Coordinate follow-ups, documentation, and internal communication.
• Work closely with teams in Dubai and HQ to ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives.
• Support smooth execution of commercial and operational initiatives.
• Gain hands-on exposure to the B2B payments and fintech ecosystem.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in sales, operations, or account support (fintech, payments, or financial services experience is a must).
• Understanding of B2B payments, eCommerce, or fintech solutions.
• Experience supporting lead generation, client outreach, or opportunity tracking.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
