Job Overview Women Cyber GO is seeking an Operations & Cybersecurity Delivery Manager to join its community in Yaoundé, Cameroon. This role involves managing the operational aspects and delivery of cybersecurity initiatives aimed at promoting cybersecurity culture among women and increasing their involvement in the field. Company Overview Women Cyber GO is a community of digital women in Cameroon dedicated to promoting cybersecurity culture among females. The initiative addresses the low involvement of women in technical digital and cybersecurity professions, high rates of cybercrime victimization among women, and limited cybersecurity training opportunities. Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of cybersecurity awareness and training programs. Oversee the delivery of community initiatives and events, such as conferences and workshops. Coordinate with partners to gather data and implement project goals effectively. Develop and implement strategies to increase female involvement in cybersecurity. Monitor project progress and report on the achievement of community objectives. Promote a strong cybersecurity culture within the women cyber go community.

Requirements

Strong understanding of project management and operational delivery principles. Passion for promoting cybersecurity and empowering women in technology. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively within a community-focused environment. Experience in coordinating and managing events or programs. Proficiency in French, given the local context.
