Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers for orders and assign drivers according to requirements.
- Manage vehicle dispatch, DV generation, and closing in OTM.
- Prepare driver rosters and ensure 100% driver and fleet utilization.
- Maintain driver duty time sheets and trip allowance reports.
- Ensure all gate passes and authority passes are renewed on time.
- Monitor IVMS and in-cab activities to ensure safe deliveries.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the transport industry.
- Road tanker experience is preferred.
- CICPA Pass Application Typing English proficiency.
- Ability to work 24/7 to resolve delivery issues.
- Knowledge of company HSE standards and five golden rules.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
