Key Responsibilities

• Drive large-scale Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformations.
• Provide executive governance, multi-country delivery, and cross-functional leadership.
• Manage end-to-end scope, budget, and risk for Oracle programs.
• Design end-to-end, scalable solution architectures and lead fit-gap assessments.
• Oversee technical governance, integration strategies, extensions, data migrations, security, and performance optimization.
• Lead solution design, process transformation, and module configuration for Oracle Finance or SCM.
• Manage Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) or MES integration for manufacturing roles.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communications, and user adoption for OCM/Training roles.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
• Experience in Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, and transformations.
• Specific experience required varies by role, including Program Manager, Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Finance Functional Lead, SCM Functional Lead, Manufacturing/OPM Functional Lead, and OCM/Training Lead.
• Experience with Oracle R12, EBS, Fusion Cloud, Forms/Reports, SQL/PLSQL, BI Publisher, GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, SLA, COA, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, Planning, Order Management, OPM, MES integration.
• Experience in regulated industry is a plus for Manufacturing/OPM roles.
• 8+ years in OCM/Training for ERP projects, with 5+ years dedicated to Oracle ERP/Fusion Cloud for OCM/Training Lead.
