Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and adjust packaging machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on packaging lines.
- Conduct quality checks on packaged products to ensure compliance with company standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize line efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and quality control.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
Requirements
- Proven experience as a multi-skill technician, preferably in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems relevant to packaging machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and hygiene.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
