Job Overview
Bone Crepe Chocolate L.L.C is hiring a Packaging Supervisor to lead day-to-day packaging operations for premium chocolate products. You will manage shift teams, uphold hygiene and quality standards, optimize line performance, and ensure accurate materials control and documentation. The role is hands-on on the factory floor, driving safety, efficiency, and right-first-time packaging in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate packaging lines for chocolate SKUs; plan shift manpower and oversee changeovers.
- Enforce GMP/HACCP hygiene, food safety, and quality checks; escalate non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
- Train, coach, and evaluate packaging staff; conduct toolbox talks and SOP refreshers.
- Monitor OEE, downtime, and waste; implement efficiency and yield improvements.
- Control inventory of packaging materials; coordinate with procurement/warehouse for timely replenishment.
- Maintain production, quality, and traceability records; ensure compliance with audits.
- Uphold safety procedures and 5S; ensure clean, organized work areas.
Requirements
- Proven experience supervising packaging in food/chocolate or FMCG manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and basic quality control in food packaging.
- Ability to meet production deadlines and manage shift priorities.
- Comfort with basic MS Office/production forms; ERP exposure is a plus.
