Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual packing, labeling, and sealing of products to meet packing specifications and quality standards.
- Pick and stage orders accurately using pick lists and RF scanners; prepare pallets and cartons for shipment.
- Operate packing equipment such as shrink-wrap and strapping machines; ensure safe, efficient use of tools and consumables.
- Conduct routine quality inspections and ensure products are packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain organized work area and accurate documentation for inventory control and shipment records.
- Follow health & safety procedures, report defects or discrepancies, and support cycle counts or inventory audits as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in packing, order picking, or warehouse operations.
- Manual packing and Palletizing skills.
- Shrink-wrap machine operation and RF barcode scanner skills.
- Material handling skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including evenings or weekends) is preferred.
