    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist attorneys with comprehensive legal research and case preparation.
    • Draft various legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
    • Organize, manage, and maintain client files and critical case-related materials.
    • Facilitate communication with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel.
    • Support the discovery process, including document production and interrogatories.
    • Provide essential administrative and litigation support to the legal team.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Paralegal, with a focus on personal injury or property damage law.
    • Strong capabilities in legal research, writing, and analytical thinking.
    • Proficiency in using legal software and case management systems.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
    • A professional paralegal certification or degree in paralegal studies is highly preferred.
