Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with comprehensive legal research and case preparation.
- Draft various legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
- Organize, manage, and maintain client files and critical case-related materials.
- Facilitate communication with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel.
- Support the discovery process, including document production and interrogatories.
- Provide essential administrative and litigation support to the legal team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Paralegal, with a focus on personal injury or property damage law.
- Strong capabilities in legal research, writing, and analytical thinking.
- Proficiency in using legal software and case management systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional paralegal certification or degree in paralegal studies is highly preferred.
