Key Responsibilities
- Effectively manage patient appointment scheduling and registration.
- Efficiently handle the medical insurance process and related tasks.
- Manage the billing and cash up process accurately.
- Consistently meet customer service expectations by improving patient service quality.
Requirements
- Completed secondary school education (Grade 12) is essential.
- Tertiary Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred in medical science or finance/accounting.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a customer services role, preferably in healthcare.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of medical insurance terminologies and processes.
