Key Responsibilities

• Process employee payroll accurately and on schedule, adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive payroll records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Assist with preparing and submitting payroll taxes and related reports.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources department on employee onboarding, changes, and terminations affecting payroll.
• Respond to and resolve employee queries regarding salaries, deductions, and benefits in a timely manner.
• Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities related to payroll.

Requirements

• Strong foundational understanding of accounting principles or willingness to learn.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
