Key Responsibilities

  • Process EMEA payroll accurately and on time for multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Ensure full compliance with local payroll regulations and company policies.
  • Reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and finance teams on all payroll-related matters.
  • Prepare comprehensive payroll reports and analyses for management review.
  • Assist with year-end payroll activities and support internal and external audits.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in EMEA payroll processing and administration.
  • Strong understanding of payroll legislation and statutory requirements across multiple countries.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively and autonomously in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
