Key Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle payroll processing accurately and on schedule for various clients.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive and confidential employee payroll records with high integrity.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in payroll administration or HR operations.
- Familiarity with Malaysian payroll legislation and statutory contributions.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and manage time independently.
