Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, process, and manage monthly payroll for employees.
  • Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, deductions, and allowances.
  • Maintain payroll records and employee salary data.
  • Coordinate with HR regarding new hires, resignations, and salary updates.
  • Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company policies.
  • Handle employee payroll-related inquiries professionally.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in payroll or accounting is a must.
  • Good knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
  • Experience using payroll systems and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
