Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee end-to-end payroll processing for the Netherlands, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Stay updated with Dutch payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements. Act as a subject matter expert for payroll-related inquiries and provide support to internal teams and clients. Collaborate with HR, legal, and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll integration. Implement and improve payroll processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of all payroll information.

Requirements

Proven experience in payroll management, specifically with Dutch payroll regulations. Strong understanding of local tax laws, social security contributions, and labor compliance in the Netherlands. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with payroll software and HRIS systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
