Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Pega solutions according to business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing Pega applications.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with Pega platform updates and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pega Software Engineer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Pega platform capabilities and architecture.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
