- Proven experience as a Product Specialist or in a similar role within the healthcare technology sector.
- Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes and challenges in healthcare.
- Familiarity with AI-based solutions and their application in healthcare operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
