Key Responsibilities
- Assist in resolving Human Resources issues and support the leadership team.
- Help employees with internal and external transfer requests.
- Support managers with hiring processes, reference checks, and background checks.
- Maintain applicant flow, orientation, and transfer request logs.
- Create and maintain new hire and personnel files in the computer system.
- Monitor hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree holder
- Entry level with Human Resources background preferred
- Sufficient level of English to write reports according to international standards.
- Excellent in MS Office applications.
- Multi-tasking, Time Management, Detail Orientation, Planning, and Organizing skills.
